Business Manager

Developer
Seeking a senior level Windows developer with expertise in developing and maintaining visually appealing client applications using MS Visual C++/MFC. Qualified candidates are skilled in creating custom drawn displays using the GDI and have a thorough understanding of the MFC Document/View architecture.  Requirements include 8+ years Windows development experience, 6+ years MS Visual C++ experience, 5+ years recent experience using MFC with a focus on GUIs, 3+ years experience using the STL, and 2+ years experience with multi-threading.  Ideal candidates are detail oriented with strong testing discipline and excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Experience with COM/ATL is a plus.

GlobalTec Trainer
Responsible for supporting Instructors with all areas of training classes.  Responsibilities include set up of training classes, one-on-one instruction, and product sales.  Qualified candidates have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, comprehensive computer skills, the ability to work with diverse groups, and experience in sales.  Knowledge in one of the following a plus: stocks, options, foreign currencies or commodities. Position requires approximately 50% travel.


Technical Support Representative
Responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues via telephone, e-mail and live chat for GlobalTec™ customers to maintain continued customer satisfaction.  Qualified applicants have 3 to 5 years technical support experience to include a working knowledge of Microsoft® Windows environments (98, 2000, ME, XP), anti-virus software, firewalls, other software applications related to Internet connectivity and security, and various computer hardware.  To be considered for the position, candidates must have solid organizational and time management skills, outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem solving ability, and a willingness to work any schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.  Ideal candidates have MCSE, MCP, A+ certification, computer science degree or equivalent experience in the computer/technical support environment.  

UNIX/FIX Developer
Seeking an experienced UNIX software developer with experience designing, developing, and maintaining high availability financial trading systems using FIX. Qualified candidates have 4+ years experience developing server-side software on UNIX platforms, 4+ years C++ programming experience, competency in OOD/OOP principles and common design patterns, strong testing discipline, good understanding of basic UNIX systems administration, and meticulous attention to detail.  Ideal candidates have experience with Solaris, Linux, ACE, and QuickFix, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to be a self-starter with outstanding time management skills.  A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
